BROOKLYN

Ali and Dom go back to their days of studying theatre together at University of California, Santa Barbara. For over 10 years Dom has respected Ali’s optimism, mindfulness, leadership, and professionalism. Ali is a powerful teacher, and an eager learner, and we at Dom’s Dogs are thrilled to have her as part of our team.

Ali has always had a passion for dogs, starting with her childhood pug all the way through to her last pup, a rescue Bulldog named Joe (RIP Joe), who travelled all over the United States with her. Joe taught her so much about life, and reinvigorated her passion to work with animals. She is excited to be teaching both humans and dogs alike.

Cassandra “Cass” Fountaine

LOS ANGELES

Cass and her pup Fitz worked hands on with Dom’s Dogs for a year before spreading her wings and flying to Los Angeles to start a new chapter. During that year Cass ran group classes, led private sessions, learned about obedience/grooming/dog nutrition/basic pet first aid/everything puppy and how to modify more advanced behaviors like aggression and separation anxiety. Cass dedicated herself to the program and is now taking her learning to Los Angeles to help the pups there so they can be a more confident and fulfilled version of themselves. Way to go Cass!

Laura Cinelli Bowers

NORTH CAROLINA

Laura’s background is in animal rescue. She has dedicated her life to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing difficult dog cases from shelters far and wide. When Laura met Dom she had adopted one of her foster dogs, Khal, a terrified dog that was completely shutdown and living in total fear. Her and her husband, Anthony, foster failed with Khal because they couldn’t stand even watching him meet potential adopters- this poor dog was that terrified.

Khal quickly improved and Laura was captivated by the process.  As Laura is a prolific dog fosterer she was able to implement and practice her new obedience skills on each one; watching those dogs improve so rapidly inspired her to want to learn even more. She spent the next 3 years learning and practicing her new trade with Dom as her mentor.

Laura recently relocated to North Carolina, where she has already begun fostering and training dogs so that they can find their new homes as soon as possible. Laura, you inspire us everyday, keep up the good work.
